Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds

This page explains the principles applied to return and withdrawal requests for orders placed with Forever Maroc. Rights provided by applicable Moroccan law always take priority.

Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts, Moroccan Law No. 31-08 provides, where the right applies, a seven (7) day period to exercise the right of withdrawal. Certain situations or product categories may fall under exceptions provided by applicable rules.

Before returning a product

Contact Forever Maroc first at sales@forevermaroc.com, stating the order reference, the product concerned and the reason for the request. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Damaged, incorrect or delivery issue

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or with a delivery-related issue, contact us as soon as possible with information identifying the order and product. Photos may be requested to help verify the issue.

Product condition

Return conditions may depend on the nature of the product, its condition, packaging and applicable legal rules. This page does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.

Refunds

When a refund is due and approved, it is processed after the request is validated and, where a return is required, after the product has been received and checked. The practical refund method is communicated according to the payment method used.

Return costs

Responsibility for return costs depends on the reason for the request and applicable rules. The arrangements are communicated before a return is sent.
